3 Luxury Hotels in Atlanta on a Budget
As a person who kind of lives paycheck to paycheck, traveling and booking hotels is definitely not on the top of my to do list. However, I make sure to budget and plan a small vacation once or twice a year to help ease some of the stress of everyday life. So, to help save money I decided to start in my own city of Atlanta, GA. As we all know, Atlanta is definitely a place of excitement and fun; but, it can also be a place to travel to just get away from everything. Being the person I am, staying at a hotel with two stars or lower is not happening. I may not make millions of dollars, but I do like luxury and comfortability. Here are three hotels that definitely screams luxury, but you can definitely book for a few nights for just under $200.

The first hotel I would recommend is the Hyatt Regency Atlanta located in Downtown Atlanta. I must say, when I booked this hotel for a little over $150 for just one night, I was not expecting the magnitude of how nice and luxurious this hotel was. I arrived at the front of the hotel to be greeted by a valet asking if I wanted to valet park my rental car or just park it myself. Knowing I was on a budget, I decided to just park it myself. The valet then instructed me on where to park in the front without blocking others or causing issues. I walked into the lobby and was shocked at the beauty of the lobby. The hotel seamed to reach the sky. The middle of the hotel was open with a glass roof. It was illuminated by the lights of the halls and glass elevators. Right in the middle of the lobby was a statue of what looked like a gold tree or torch without the flame. As I grab my room key, I went back to my rental car and parked in around the back where the parking deck was located. I then headed to find my room.
Now, with my fear of heights, taking the glass elevator was definitely not my favorite thing to do however it was the best way to get to my room. They have elevators designated for certain floor numbers. I just so happened to have a room on one of the top floors. Once I arrived to my room, I was excited at the beauty of the style of the room and the view I had from the balcony. This staycation was literally one of my favorites. I would definitely recommend staying her if you ever decide to visit Atlanta.

The next hotel I would recommend would be the Crown Plaza Atlanta Perimeter. It is located right on the I285 North beltway in the Atlanta/Sandy Springs area. This place is nice because it is located right across from Perimeter Mall and other businesses, making it easy to find food or things to do. My friend and I decided to stay here for a couple of nights for a KPop concert we were attending. It was definitely within budget because during the time we were there, the hotel was holding a sale and we were able to stay for two nights for only $200. Of course, we split the cost to save money. The hotel was just as beautiful as the Hyatt Regency. We were able to park under the hotel. Then caught an elevator up to the lobby after we got our room key and parking pass. When we walked into the lobby, we were shocked by the open lobby that lead to the restaurant that was also open. Pass the restaurant was a garden area you could sit talk and have a drink or two if you wanted to. When we got to our room, we were surprised at how spacious the room was. Both of us had a bed with definitely enough space where we weren’t crowding each other.
While we got ready for the concert, we noticed how the shower was a walk-in shower with a beautiful vanity mirror that lit up the whole bathroom. After a wonderful night at the concert, we came back to the room to shower and get comfortable with a few drinks. The next morning, we were greeted by the front attendants willing to hold our luggage while we pulled the car around to the front. Everyone was extremely nice and accommodating and after that being our second time staying there, I can definitely say that it is on the list as one of favorite hotels.

Now, I have yet to stay at this last hotel. It is The Westin Peachtree Plaza. It is definitely known for being one of the nicest hotels in Atlanta. Located on the famous Peachtree Street, its definitely in the middle of all of the fun. This hotel is on the to-do list for my next staycation. With the right budgeting and planning, I am able to find this hotel for under $150 a night.
If anyone is looking for luxury, prestige, and fair prices, this hotel is definitely a place to look into. I know its the next hotel I will be booking.
